F.3 (49)/15/Ref./wd/Lab./269 dated: 24.02.2016 with the following terms of reference: "Whether the services of Sh. Rajeev Kumar S/o Sh. Chandersain Dixit have been terminated illegally and/or unjustifiably by the management; and if so, to what relief is he entitled and what directions are necessary in this respect?" Notice of the reference was issued to the workman and Sh. Anil Rajput appeared on behalf of the workman on 23.07.2016 and requested for adjournment to file statement of claim, accordingly, the matter was adjourned for 07.09.2016 but on 07.09.2016 statement of claim was not filed and further adjournment was prayed for and the matter was adjourned for today i.e. 14.10.2016 for filing of statement of claim on behalf of the workman and it was specifically mentioned in the order dated 07.09.2016 that this was the last opportunity for this purpose.
