2. Ld. Counsel for appellant during the course of arguments has   submitted   that   the   appellant   herein   is   the   father­in­law   of respondent   herein   and   that   he   is   owner   in   question   of   the aforesaid premises.   He has further submitted that no notice of the original petition was received from ld. Trial court.   He has also   submitted   that   the   appellant   herein   has   no   relation whatsoever   with   his   son   i.e.   the   husband   of   the   respondent herein. He has also stated that appellant has disowned his said son.   He   has   lastly   submitted   that   the   ld.   Trial   court   without serving  notice  of  the   original   petition  and   without   hearing  the appellant   herein,   has   passed   the   impugned   order,   which   is contrary to law and principles of natural justice and the same has resulted into great prejudice to the appellant herein affecting his valuable right in the subject property.
