1. This is a claim petition filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicle's Act, 1988 for award of compensation.
2. The claimants are the widow, minor daughter, and parents of one Sh. Anil Singh, (hereinafter referred as the deceased), who suffered fatal injuries in a road traffic accident on 20.09.2015. During the course of arguments, Ld. Counsel for claimants has informed that claimant No.3 Sh. Ram Chander Singh has already expired. Since his Lrs. have not been impleaded, his claim stands abated.
