Budhan for counting of his services rendered by him before his regularization for pensionary benefits is justified and if yes, what directions are necessary in this respect?"
2. On completion of pleadings, issues were framed in the present case on 25.09.2012. Thereafter case was fixed for workman evidence, I.D. No. 59/10 pages 1 out of 2 however, workman did not lead any evidence despite several opportunities given to him in this regard and accordingly, workman evidence was closed vide order dated 01.06.15. Now the case is at the stage of management evidence.
