2. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 8.8.2015 the prosecutrix 'X' (real name withheld in order to conceal her identity) lodged a complaint against the accused with the police alleging therein that in the month of December 2014 accused took her to a hotel in Gurgaon on the pretext of procuring a job and committed rape upon her at the point of a gun. It is further the case of the prosecution that the accused, thereafter, repeatedly raped/sexually abused her on different occasions till 21.7.2015.
